NEW YORK (Reuters) - Oil prices were slightly down in seesaw trade on Wednesday, pressured early by data showing big increases in U.S. refined products but lifted later by the signing of a Phase 1 trade deal between Washington and Beijing.Brent futures fell 27 cents, or 0.4%, to $64.22 a barrel by 1:38 p.m. EST (1838 GMT), while U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude was down 16 cents, or 0.3%, to $58.07.Under the Phase 1 trade agreement, China will buy $18.5 billion more in U.S. energy..
