JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - Mediclinic International Plc reported a 9% rise in half-year core earnings on Thursday as the healthcare company's Swiss business adjusted to regulatory changes and its South African and Middle Eastern operations performed well.The private healthcare group reported adjusted earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of £222 million for the six months to Sept. 30, up from £213 million a year earlier.
