(Reuters) - Indivior Plc reported a 19% fall in quarterly revenue on Thursday, as the embattled British drugmaker lost market share of its best-selling opioid addiction treatment Suboxone to cheaper rivals in the United States.Revenue fell to $199 million (£154 million) in the three months ended Sept. 30, from $245 million a year earlier, with operating profit also falling 16% on constant currency basis.Indivior, which faces a $3 billion fine in the United States for illegally marketing..
