Germany's RAG foundation says it is among bidders for Thyssenkrupp unit

FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Germany's RAG Foundation on Tuesday said it was part of a consortium bidding for Thyssenkrupp's Elevators division.RAG said talks are at an early stage and that the bidding consortium was still seeking to establish which parts of Thyssenkrupp Elevators would be put on the block. Last month, Reuters reported that RAG was part of a consortium including private equity firm Advent, Cinven and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.
