Ecopetrol, Shell team up in three blocks in Colombian Caribbean

BOGOTA (Reuters) - Colombia's Ecopetrol and Anglo-Dutch energy giant Royal Dutch Shell have teamed up to develop three blocks in the Caribbean, the state-owned oil company said on Friday.
