British watchdog reviews Hasbro's Entertainment One takeover

(Reuters) - Britain's competition watchdog has launched a review of Hasbro Inc's proposed $4 billion deal to buy Peppa Pig owner Entertainment One , it said on Thursday.The U.S. toymaker, however, said it still expects to close the deal no later than the first quarter of 2020.
