Atlantia to grant free shares to Italian workforce

MILAN (Reuters) - Atlantia will give about 1,000 euros (873.69 pounds) of shares to each of the 12,000 workers employed by the group's Italian companies, the motorway and airport operator said on Friday. The 75-share grant will be deposited in a securities escrow account for a period of three years, at the end of which the employee will have full title to the shares.
