SINGAPORE (Reuters) - Singapore's central bank on Wednesday said it had issued a lifetime prohibition order against former Goldman Sachs' banker Tim Leissner after he admitted to charges related to an investigation into scandal-plagued Malaysian state fund 1MDB.
